- By sending the first message, the user provides consent to receive automated replies to their questions from NRFSelect.
- Our system sends one reply per question. There are no outbound or marketing pushes.

Frequency varies and depends on user requests. Typical flow is one automated reply per inbound question.

NRFSelect collects your mobile number and message content solely to provide automated responses through our AI assistant and to ensure service quality. We do not share or sell your information and do not use your data for marketing or advertising.
Information may be processed by our trusted SMS gateway providers only for message transmission. Messages are temporarily stored to generate responses and may be retained briefly for troubleshooting and quality improvement before being deleted or anonymized.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure. You may request deletion of your data or more information about our practices by contacting lstred@nrfselect.com.
